Education
Anagold’s Investment in Education
Anagold Mining also supports its contribution to its employees, subcontractors and the development of the region with its investments in education.
The budget allocated for education and education figures in the last three years are as follows.

Adding Value to the Region Where We Operate
Anagold Mining has made many educational investments for the development of the local people, and as a result of these investments, our successful colleagues have had the opportunity to work within Anagold or its subcontractors. Some of the educational programs:
- Process Operator Training and Development Program
- Mechanical Maintenance Technician Training and Development Program
- Truck Operator Training and Development Program
- Industrial Service Officer Training and Development Program
60 candidates participated in the projects carried out within this scope in 2023. The total training hours were 12,675.
Added Value to Subcontractors
Anagold Mining supports the development of not only its own employees but also the employees of the subcontractors it works with in line with the operations it carries out. Some of the training programs are:
- Heavy and Light Vehicle Safe Driving Training Program
- Occupational Health and Safety Trainings
- Technical and Vocational Capacity Building Programs
1,525 subcontractor employees participated in the trainings carried out within this scope in 2023. The total training hours were 17,584.
Added Value to Employees
Anagold Mining offers training in different areas for the development of its employees. In 2023, our employees within Anagold received an average of 79.5 hours of training per person, exceeding the sector average.

On-Field Driving Rules and On-Field Driving/Defensive Driving Trainings
We provide field driving rules and defensive driving training for our employees to learn and practice safe driving techniques in the field. These trainings are organized to ensure that our employees drive safely and responsibly.
