Employee Health

Our Anagold Occupational Health Center provides uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with 1 Doctor, 1 Senior Health Officer and 6 healthcare personnel.

Our health unit constantly updates the examination, analysis and field surveillance parameters deemed necessary to be implemented in our field by following the current studies and publications of the Ministry of Health and the General Directorate of Occupational Health. In order to maintain our safe production motto, protecting the health of our employees is our primary goal in all our work.

According to the World Health Organization, health is not only the absence of disease and infirmity; it is the state of complete physical, mental and social well-being of the individual. Within the framework of this definition; In order to protect the health of our colleagues and to monitor their suitability for work,

• Pre-employment, periodic, job change and return to work examinations,  
• In cases of absence from work due to health problems, evaluation of work-related diseases and occupational diseases, including night shifts, on-site health checks and periodic control examinations

are carried out in a planned and regular manner by our workplace physician. Mandatory annual health screenings are carried out every four months and the analysis results are meticulously examined.

Pre-employment Health Assessment

Personnel who will start work have detailed tests and analyses done through Education and Research Hospitals or State University Hospitals and receive the necessary reports from the health boards of the relevant hospitals. These health reports are checked by the workplace physician before the personnel comes to the field, and if necessary, opinions of specialist physicians from different branches are requested. The personnel's detailed physical examination and suitability for the job are also evaluated by our workplace physician and shared with the employer. In this way, the employee who is suitable for the job can be selected and the job that is suitable for the employee can be selected.

In health screenings:

• Full Blood,
• Full Urine,
• Routine biochemistry,
• Radiometry,  
• Chest X-ray,
• Chest X-ray Pneumoconiosis Reader evaluation,
• Respiratory Function Test and Cancer markers (such as CEA and PSA)

is performed on all our employees without exception. AC radiographs are evaluated separately by both the radiologist and 2 Pneumoconiosis reader physicians.
